By accessing or using Pingoa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Pingoa provides an automated real-time webhook routing tool that receives sales notification payloads from supported payment platforms (such as Stripe, LemonSqueezy, and Gumroad) and forwards them to target destinations (Discord Webhooks and Telegram Bots).
3. Licensing & Lifetime Deal
- Free Tier: Allows creation and maintenance of up to 1 active Webhook Relay endpoint.
- Pro License Key: A single one-time purchase of $5 unlocks unlimited Webhook Relay endpoints for lifetime use.
- License keys are personal, non-transferable, and may not be resold or publicly shared.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Pingoa to:
- Transmit malicious code, spam, or automated abusive requests.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Edge network.
- Relay unauthorized or illegal transaction data under applicable laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Pingoa does not warrant that the delivery of webhook notifications will be 100% uninterrupted, error-free, or exempt from third-party API downtime (e.g., Discord or Telegram rate limits).
6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without prior notice.
